And this is, how I offer my integrative method...

You, are at the center of this process.  According to level of comfort, tendencies, curiosity & sense of safety, we can combine various aspects of the ancient 8 limbs of Yoga practices with methods from the science of Positive Psychology, wingwave as well as journaling and creative writing.  You, as the client can determine the path you like to take and we can also change it along the way.

The process may, but does not have to include physical movement.

For example:

One of many approaches could be:

Breathing/Meditation & exploring Positive Emotions through journaling or conversation.

Paying attention to the now, being in the moment.  Bringing awareness to how we feel, what/who serves us well and what/who does not.  This ties into the

P & R of the PERMA Model of Positive Psychology. Positive Emotions and Positive Relationships.  Noticing positive moments throughout our day and pausing with that awareness.  I can offer breathing, and meditation guidance as well as writing prompts, to bring awareness to positive emotions.  These practices and tools help to calm our nervous system, reduce stress and help us find clarity, .and you can integrate them into your everyday life.
